Both Thanos and Joker are iconic villains in their respective universes, but they have very different motivations and methods. Thanos seeks to bring balance to the universe by wiping out half of all life, believing it to be a necessary sacrifice for the greater good. On the other hand, Joker is a chaotic and unpredictable force who seeks to create anarchy and sow discord for his own amusement. Both characters are compelling in their own right, but their approaches to villainy are distinct and appeal to different audiences. **

Yes, Thanos knew about the potential consequences of his actions. He believed that wiping out half of all life in the universe would bring balance and prosperity to the remaining population. He was aware of the suffering and loss that his actions would cause, but he was convinced that it was necessary for the greater good. Thanos was portrayed as a complex and morally ambiguous character who was willing to make difficult choices to achieve his vision of a balanced universe. **

Thanos possesses superhuman strength, durability, and agility, making him a formidable physical opponent. He is also highly intelligent and a skilled tactician, allowing him to outsmart his enemies in battle. Additionally, he wields the Infinity Gauntlet, which grants him the power to manipulate reality, time, space, and the minds of others, as well as control the fundamental forces of the universe. With these abilities, Thanos is one of the most powerful and dangerous beings in the Marvel Universe. **

Thanos didn't die because he was able to harness the power of the Infinity Stones, which granted him immense strength and control over reality. With the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos was able to withstand the effects of using the Stones to wipe out half of all life in the universe, and even survive the powerful attacks from the Avengers and other heroes. Additionally, Thanos was a formidable and skilled warrior, making him a difficult opponent to defeat in combat. **

While Deadpool is known for his incredible healing factor and combat skills, it is unlikely that he could defeat Thanos. Thanos possesses immense strength, durability, and the Infinity Gauntlet, which grants him almost limitless power. Even with his regenerative abilities, Deadpool would likely struggle to overcome Thanos's overwhelming power and abilities. **

While some may argue that Thanos believed he was the hero of his own story, his actions cannot be justified as heroic. Thanos sought to eliminate half of all life in the universe in order to bring balance, but his methods were cruel and unjust. His goal was achieved through mass murder and suffering, making him a villain rather than a hero. True heroism involves selflessness, compassion, and empathy, qualities that Thanos lacked in his pursuit of power and control. **

It is difficult to directly compare the strength of Thanos and Voldemort as they come from different fictional universes with different power systems. Thanos is a powerful cosmic being with superhuman strength and abilities, while Voldemort is a dark wizard with powerful magical abilities. Both characters have their own unique strengths and weaknesses, making it challenging to determine who is stronger. Ultimately, it comes down to personal interpretation and the specific context in which they are being compared. **

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thanos is ultimately defeated by the combined efforts of the Avengers and their allies. In the film "Avengers: Endgame," the heroes work together to gather the Infinity Stones and use them to undo Thanos' snap, ultimately defeating him. The sacrifice and teamwork of the Avengers and their allies are what ultimately leads to Thanos' defeat. **
